TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to a property purchase agreement dated May 17, 2017 between the Company, Strongbow Exploration Inc. and Almadex Minerals Limited whereby the Company will acquire 100% of the Skoonka creek gold property located within the Spences Bridge Gold Belt, British Columbia in consideration of 2,000,000 common shares.
