Finders' fees: Mackie Research Capital Corporation, Dundee Securities Ltd., PowerOne Capital Markets Limited, CWN Capital Inc., Stefan Muller, Helmut Finger and Stefan Reifler collectively received a cash commission of $266,174 and non-transferable finders' warrants to acquire 1,325,794 units at an exercise price of $0.25 per Unit for a period of 24 months following the closing of the offering. Each Unit equals one common share and one warrant having an exercise price of $0.25 per share for 36 months following the closing date.
The Company has issued news releases announcing the closing of the Private Placement on June 3, 2015 and July 13, 2015.
