TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing a letter agreement dated February 24, 2014 between the Company and BHB Partners, whereby the Company is to acquire a 100% interest in certain mining claims located in South Dakota, USA. Total consideration consists of $170,000 ($65,000 in the first year) and the issuance of 800,000 common shares of the Company (300,000 shares in the first year). The property is subject to a 2.5% NSR with a 2% buyback provision for US$1,000,000.
