Previously Extended Expiry Date of Warrants: September 22, 2017 and November 4, 2017
New Expiry Date of Warrants: September 22, 2018 and November 4, 2018
Exercise Price of Warrants: $0.20
These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 2,095,000 flow-through common shares and 3,744,245 non flow-through common shares; with 5,839,245 share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the Exchange effective November 7, 2014, and a previous extension which was accepted for filing by the Exchange effective September 20, 2016.
