TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the Company's proposal to issue 1,200,000 bonus shares in consideration of a $300,000 loan from an arm's length lender. The shares are issued at a deemed price of $0.05 per share.
A finder's fee is also payable to Foremost Capital Corporation in the amount of 300,000 shares.
