TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a Royalty Purchase Agreement dated February 21, 2018 between BRI Minerac?o Ltda. (a wholly owned subsidiary of GoldMining Inc. the "Company"), CCO Minerac?o Ltda., MFW Engenharia E Minerac?o Ltda. and Jose Pereira Botelho whereby the Company will acquire 66.66% interest in the existing 4.0% net production royalty on the Cachoeira Project located in Para State, Brazil. Consideration is $133,320 USD and 698,161 common shares.
