TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to an agreement (the "Agreement") dated December 23, 2016 between Lift Cannabis Co. Ltd. ("Lift") and Emblem Corp. (the "Company), pursuant to which the Company shall be granted an exclusive license by Lift to use certain intellectual property.
As consideration, the Company shall issue 30,435 shares to Lift.
