TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to a Property Option Agreement (the "Agreement") dated March 3, 2014 between a non-arm's length party (the "Vendor") and Stakeholder Gold Corp. (the "Company"). Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company shall acquire the right to earn a 51% interest in the Bass River Iron-Oxide-Copper-Gold project located in central Nova Scotia.
In consideration, the Company shall issue an aggregate of 2,000,000 common shares at deemed price of $0.05 per share plus incur aggregate exploration expenditures of $3,000,000 over a three year period. Further, the Company has a right of first refusal on the remaining 49% after it has earned its 40% interest.
