Purchase Price: $0.25 per flow-through share
$0.20 per non flow-through share
Warrants: 404,114 share purchase warrants to purchase 404,114 shares
Warrant Exercise Price: $0.35 for a two year period (120,000 wts)
$0.30 for a two year period (284,114 wts)
Number of Placees: 3 placees
Note that in certain circumstances the Exchange may later extend the expiry date of the warrants, if they are less than the maximum permitted term.
