TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to a Participation & Option Agreement (the "Agreement") dated January 10, 2014 between Ricardo Auriemma (the "Grantor") and Samco Gold Limited. (the "Company"). Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company shall acquire the sole and exclusive right to participate in any benefits arising from the enforcement of an Argentinean court judgement arising from the breach of a regional alliance agreement between the Grantor and an arm's length third party (the "Award"). The regional alliance agreement between the Grantor and the arm's length third party pertains to mining opportunities on interests held by the arm's length third party in the Bajo de la Alumbrera mine in Argentina.
In consideration of the right of participation in the Award, the Company shall pay US$1,400,000 to the Grantor.
