Further to the bulletin dated December 30, 2013, TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing documentation pertaining to amending agreements dated July 15, 2014 and September 30, 2014 which revise the terms under which SolidusGold Inc. (the 'Company') has an option to acquire a 100% interest in 43 mineral claims located in the Kamloops Mining Division, British Columbia known as the Honeymoon Property. In lieu of a $15,000 payment due November 12, 2014, the Company will issue 50,000 shares. In addition, the due date for $765,000 of exploration expenditures to be completed has been revised as follows:
