TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a property Option Agreement dated August 28, 2014 between Margaret Lake Diamonds Inc. (the Company) and Canterra Minerals Corporation (the Vendor) whereby the Company may acquire up to a 49% interest in the Marlin Property (23 claims, 26,000 hectares) located in the Kennady Lake area, Northwest Territories. The Company may exercise two options under the agreement, the first allows the Company to earn a 30% interest and the second is to earn a further 19% interest. Consideration for the first option is $80,000 cash, 300,000 shares and $1,000,000 in work commitments over a two year period. The second option is a further $20,000 cash, $750,000 in work commitments before the end of the third year. An additional 300,000 shares are due upon entering a Joint Venture agreement
