TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an Assignment and Assumption Agreement dated December 2, 2014 between 88 Capital Corp. (the "Company) and Donnybrook Capital Corp., ("Donnybrook"), John A. Chapman, Gerald G. Carlson and KGE Management Inc. (collectively, the "Underlying Optionors") whereby the Company has a right to earn a 100% interest in the Columbia Queen Property, British Columbia (the "Property").
In order to acquire the Property, the Company must pay an aggregate of $155,000 in cash, issue an aggregate of 3,600,000 common shares and incur $2,600,000 in work expenditures over a 4 year period.
