TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a term sheet dated October 24, 2013 (the 'Agreement') between the Company and Goldlund Resources Inc. (the 'Optionor'). Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, the Company will acquire a 10% interest in the Goldlund Property in Ontario (the 'Property'). By way of consideration, the Company will be obligated to complete $1,000,000 of exploration expenses by December 31, 2013. The Agreement provides the Optionor with a Back-In Right, exercisable in certain circumstances. The Company shall also be entitled to transfer its interest in the Property to the Optionor before December 31, 2015 for $2,000,000 of convertible debentures of the Optionor's parent company.
