TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to a purchase agreement dated February 15, 2017 between the Company and 1401385 Ontario Inc. whereby the Company will acquire a 100% interest on unpatented mining claim totaling 10 claim units located in Moss Township, Thunder Bay Mining Division, Ontario in consideration of $20,000 and 200,000 common shares.
