TSX Venture Exchange Inc. (the "Exchange") has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to a mineral property exchange agreement dated August 7, 2015 (the "Agreement") between Strategic Metals Ltd. ("Strategic") and Silver Range Resources Ltd. ("Silver Range"). Pursuant to the Agreement, Strategic has acquired a 100% interest in the Mint property, Yukon Territory, from Silver Range. In exchange, Silver Range has acquired a 100% interest in the Michelle property and BP4 claim, both of which are located in the Yukon Territory. The BP4 claim is subject to a 2% NSR.
In addition, Silver Range will make a $179,000 cash payment to Strategic to reimburse for certain costs incurred on the Michelle property.
Insider / Pro Group Participation: Strategic is an Insider of Silver Range. Douglas Eaton, Bruce Youngman, Bruce Kenway and Glenn Yeadon are directors of both Strategic and Silver Range.
