Property-Asset or Share Purchase Agreement
TSX Venture Exchange Inc. (the "Exchange") has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to an agreement dated June 14, 2016 (the "Agreement"), between Silver Range Resources Ltd. (the "Company") and Panarc Resources Ltd. ("Panarc"). Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company acquired 100% interests in seven (7) explorations prospects (the "Properties"). The prospects are located in the Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Nevada, USA.
Consideration for the Properties was 10,000,000 shares of the Company.
