TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") accepts for filing documentation pursuant to a Share Exchange Agreement dated March 16, 2016 (the "Agreement") between the Company and Xapcash Technologies Inc (the "Vendor" or "Xapcash"). As per the terms of the Agreement, the Company has agreed to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Xapcash, in exchange for 220,000 common shares of the Company.
