TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation relating to an arm's-length option agreement dated June 12, 2015, pursuant to which the Company has the option to acquire a 55% interest in the Malartic Property (24 mining claims in the Malartic mining camp), in consideration, over a period of three years, of the issuance of a total 1,000,000 common shares, cash payments of a total of $50,000 and exploration works for a total of $1,000,000.

Bourse de croissance TSX a accepte le depot de documents relativement a une convention d'option datee du 12 juin 2015 et intervenue aupres d'une personne n'ayant aucun lien de dependance avec la societe, visant l'acquisition d'un interet de 55 % dans la propriete Malartic (24 claims miniers situes dans le camp minier Malartic), en consideration de l'emission d'un total de 1,000 000 d'actions ordinaires, de paiements en especes d'un total de 50 000 $ et de travaux d'exploration d'un total de 1 000 000 $, le tout sur une periode de trois ans.
