TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") has accepted for filing the documentation relating to an acquisition agreement dated March 22, 2017 with Golden Share Mining Corporation (TSXV: GSH), in connection with the Buy-Back of a 1 % net smelter royalty (''NSR") on 26 mining claims of the Company's Malartic Property, as well as 1 % NSR on 50 mining claims of the Company's Forsan Property located in Val d'Or, in the Province of Quebec. The consideration payable by the Company consists in $5,000 in cash and the issuance of 750,000 common shares.
The Exchange has also accepted for filing the documentation relating to an acquisition agreement dated March 13, 2017, in connection with the Buy-Back of a 2 % NSR on 22 mining claims of the Company's Malartic Property, located in Val d'Or, in the Province of Quebec. The consideration payable by the Company consists in $10,000 in cash and the issuance of 1,000,000 common shares.

Bourse de croissance TSX (la " Bourse ") a accepte le depot de documents relativement a une convention d'acquisition datee du 22 mars 2017 avec Golden Share Mining Corporation (TSXV: GSH), concernant le Rachat par la societe d'une royaute nette de fonderie (" NSR ") de 1 % portant sur 26 claims miniers de la propriete Malartic de la societe, ainsi que une NSR de 1 % portant sur 50 claims miniers de la propriete Forsan de la societe, situes a Val d'Or au Quebec. La consideration payable par la societe consiste en 5 000 $ en especes et en l'emission de 750 000 actions ordinaires.
La Bourse a egalement accepte le depot de documents relativement a une convention d'acquisition datee du 13 mars 2017, concernant le Rachat par la societe d'une NSR de 2 % portant sur 22 claims miniers de la propriete Malartic de la societe, situes a Val d'Or au Quebec.
