Effective at the open, Friday, May 1, 2015 trading in the Company's shares will resume.
Further to the Company's news release dated April 30, 2015, regarding the letter of intent dated May 1, 2014 (the "Letter of Intent"), between Nebo Capital Corp ("the Company") and privately held First Access Medical Inc., the proposed business combination has expired and will not be extended. The Company has determined that it does not intend to pursue this proposed combination further.
