TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an Amended and Restated Binding Memorandum of Understanding dated February 1, 2017 between Nevada Clean Magnesium Inc. (the Company) and Big Blue Technologies LLC (BBT) whereby the Company and BBT will enter into a technical joint venture. Consideration is 22,876,717 common shares over a three year period.
