TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to a share sale and purchase agreement (the "Agreement") executed on July 29, 2019, pursuant to which SAIS Limited (the "Company") has sold its wine and spirits distribution business to El Greco International Investments S.r.l., Claude Dauphin Estate and Mark Joseph Irwin in consideration of US$1.00 and assumption by the buyers of liabilities of US$20,458,897 million.
