TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the Company's proposal to issue 1,580,000 shares and 1,400,000 share purchase warrants to settle outstanding debt for $$405,485.
Number of Creditors: 4 Creditors
Warrants: 1,350,000 share purchase warrants (Warrants "A") to purchase 1,350,000 common shares at $0.10 per share for the first 6-month period, $0.15 per share for the second 6-month period and at $0.20 per share for the third 6-month period.
50,000 share purchase warrants (Warrants "B") to purchase 50,000 common shares at $0.20 per share for a 24 month period.
The Company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
