TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to a Share Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") dated August 31, 2017, between ZoomerMedia Limited (the "Company") and several arm's length parties (collectively, the "Vendors"), whereby the Company has acquired all the issued and outstanding shares of On The Bay Inc. - a lifestyle magazine for the Georgian Bay area, for $643,000 in cash.
