TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing, A Sales Agreement dated June 15, 2010, between the Company and Auramex Resource Company ("Auramex") whereby Auramex will purchase a 100% interest in the 8 crown grants and 7 tenures (the "Georgia River Property") from the Company for a consideration of 2,500,000 common shares of Auramex. The transaction is at arm's length.
