New Exercise Price of Warrants: $0.10 per share in the third year
$0.15 per share in the fourth year
These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 54,118,009 shares with 54,118,009 share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the Exchange in two tranches effective June 27, 2014 and July 30, 2014.
