TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to the proposed purchase of Medeo Corporation by QHR Corporation and its wholly-owned subsidiaries QHR Technologies Inc. and 1017952 B.C. Ltd., for a purchase price consisting of $2,250,000 in cash and 1,000,000 common shares of QHR Corporation. The purchase price will be distributed to the various stakeholders in Medeo Corporation - after repayment of debt, the balance will be distributed among the 111 Medeo Corporation shareholders.
