TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") has accepted for filing documentation pursuant to a Court approved Plan of Arrangement (the "Arrangement") between Gale Force Petroleum Inc. (the "Company") and Montana Exploration Corp. ("Montana") pursuant an pursuant an arrangement agreement (the "Arrangement Agreement"). Approval of the Arrangement was obtained from shareholders of the Company at a Special Meeting of Shareholders held on September 8, 2015. Pursuant to the terms of the Arrangement Agreement, securityholders of the Company will receive: (i) 0.465 common shares of Montana (each a "Montana Share") for each common share of the Company ("Share") held, and (ii) 0.555 Montana Shares for each preferred share of Gale Force held.

Effective at the close of business on Tuesday, September 22, 2015, the Shares of the Company will be delisted from TSX Venture Exchange.
