TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the Company's proposed issuance of 115,385 shares at a deemed price of $0.065 per share, in consideration of certain services provided to the Company for the period ending July 31, 2016, pursuant to an Amended Deferred Share Unit Plan for Glenn Nolan dated September 13, 2013 and effective August 1, 2013.
The Company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued.
