Further to the VSE Notice dated September 12, 1996, effective at the close of trading September 13, 1996,
the shares of the Company will be delisted at the request of the Company.
The Exchange is of the opinion that the market and promotional activities by individuals associated with the
Company have been misleading to investors.
These matters are being referred to the British Columbia Securities Commission.
