Effective at the close of business Friday, June 8, 2018, the common shares of Aveda Transportation and Energy Services Inc. ("Aveda") will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange. The delisting of Aveda's common shares results from Daseke, Inc. ("Daseke") acquiring 100% of Aveda's shares effective June 6, 2018 pursuant to an Arrangement Agreement dated April 13, 2018. Pursuant to the terms of the Arrangement Agreement, shareholders of Aveda will receive either (i) $0.90 cash for each Aveda Share; or (ii) 0.0751 of a Daseke common share for each Aveda share (or a combination of both).
