TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a letter agreement (the "Agreement") dated May 7, 2012 between Lomiko Metals Inc. (the "Company") and Zimtu Capital Corp. ("Zimtu") and Mr. Michel Robert and Jean-Sebastien Lavellee (collectively, the "Vendors") in which the Company can earn a 100% interest in and to the Quatre Milles - Extension Claims (the "Property") located in Quebec, Canada.
In order to earn their interest in the Property, the Company must pay the Vendors $3,000 (paid) and issue 1,800,000 common shares in the Company. The Vendors will maintain a 2% Net Smelter Royalty ("NSR") on the Property, 1% of which can be purchased from the Vendors for $1,000,000.
