TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a Property Option Agreement dated September 22, 2014 between Lomiko Metals Inc. (the Company) and Canada Strategic Metals Inc. (the Vendor) whereby the Company has the right to acquire a 40% interest in the La Loutre Property located 117 kilometers northwest of Montreal, Quebec. Consideration is $12,500 cash, 1,250,000 shares and $500,000 in exploration expenditures before September 22, 2015. The property is subject to an underlying 1.5% NSR, which can be reduced by 0.5% for $500,000 cash.
