TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an Option Agreement dated April 27, 2016 between Lomiko Metals Inc. (the Company) and Critical Elements Corporation (the Vendor) whereby the Company may acquire an up to 70% interest in the Bourier Property (228 claims, 11,579.28 hectares) located in Quebec. Consideration is $10,000 cash, 5,000,000 common shares and incurring $750,000 in exploration expenditures to acquire the first 49%. The second 21% may be acquired for $250,000 in cash or shares, incurring or funding $1,250,000 additional exploration expenditures and delivering a NI 43-101 compliant resource estimate on the property. The property is subject to a 1.4% NSR on certain portions and the Vendor will retain a 2% NSR, with the company retaining the right to purchase half (1%) for $1,000,000 at any time.
