Effective at market open, Monday June 21, 2010, shares of the Company resumed trading, after FTI Foodtech International Inc. ("FTI"), announced that the proposed RTO of FTI by Enermine Resources Corporation ("Enermine"), of Vancouver, BC, and Sedco Mining Corporation ("Sedco"), of Vancouver, BC has been terminated due to the inability of Enermine and Sedco to arrange financing.
