TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to the option agreement dated June 26, 2017 between the Company and David G. Thomas whereby the Company will acquire a 100% interest in minerals claims located near South Pond, central Newfoundland in consideration of $75,000, up to $425,000 of common shares and completing $2,000,000 in exploration expenditures before June 26, 2021.
