Further to the Port Snettisham Property Option Agreement dated August 18, 2011 that was accepted for filing by TSX Venture Exchange effective October 19, 2011, the agreement was amended effective April 20, 2012 providing for the title of the property to be held in the Company's name and on March 14, 2013, the vendor, Pacific Rim Mineral, LLC assigned its rights and interest under the agreement to BullRun Prospecting Inc. ("BullRun"). The Exchange has accepted for filing an Amendment Agreement No. 2 between BullRun and the Company whereby the minimum exploration expenditures to be incurred between November 1, 2012 and October 31, 2013 will be waived in consideration of the issuance of 1,500,000 common shares of the Company at a deemed price of $0.05 per share.
