TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation relating to an agreement dated January 23, 2017, in connection with the reacquisition of 49% interest in Balandougou Gold project located in Guinea, from UltraGold Holding LLC ("UltraGold").
The consideration payable by the Company consists of the issuance of 750,000 common shares of the Company. UltraGold will retain a 1.5% Net Smelter Royalty up to a maximum of US$3,000,000.

Bourse de croissance TSX a accepte le depot de documents relativement a une entente datee du 23 janvier 2017, concernant la re-acquisition par la societe d'un interet de 49 % dans le projet Balandougou Gold situe a Guinee. L'interet est acquis de la societe UltraGold Holding LLC (" UltraGold ").
La consideration payable par la societe sera de l'emission de 750 000 d'actions ordinaires de la societe. UltraGold conservera une royaute " NSR " de 1.5 % jusqu'un maximum de 3 000 000 $US.
