TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing a Mineral Property Option Agreement dated October 13, 2015 between the Company, William J. Richmond and William D. Morehouse, whereby the Company has been granted an option to acquire a 100% right, title and interest, subject to a 1% NSR, in and to 77 claim units in the Wardrope, Sharp Lake and Tib Lake townships areas in Thunder Bay Mining Division, Ontario, Canada (the "Property"). Total consideration consists of $74,000 ($24,000 in the first year) and 80,000 shares (45,000 in the first year). The Property is subject to a 1% NSR, of which half of the 1% may be bought back by the Company at any time for $250,000.
