TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to the Royalty Termination Agreement dated July 14, 2015 between the Company and Aboriginal Financial Services Corporation ("AFSC") whereby the Company is acquiring from AFSC all of AFSC's right, title and interest in a 1.5% gross overriding royalty in respect of certain petroleum and gas rights known as the Frog Lake Heavy Oil Project in East-Central Alberta, including AFSC's right to certain accrued but unpaid royalty payments thereunder, in consideration of 500,000 common shares.
