Further to the VSE notice dated January 10, 1997, the warrant symbol should be WSP.WT.A. Also item
number three should have read as follows:
3. The holders of the Series "A" Warrants of Antler will be entitled to receive 2.5 Warrants of the
Amalgamated Company for each warrant held, which will entitle each Amalgamated Company
Warrant and $0.30 to acquire on Amalgamated common share.
The Series "A" Warrants ("WSP.WT.A") are exercisable up to the close of business on October 16,
1997.
