TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an agreement (the 'Agreement') between Fjordland Exploration Inc. ('Fjordland') and Sumac Mines Ltd. ('Sumac'), a subsidiary of Sumitomo Metal Mining Co. of Japan, whereby Sumac has been granted the option to earn a 51% interest in Fjordland's Dillard porphyry property (the 'Property').
Under the terms of the Agreement, Sumac has the option to earn the 51% interest in the Property by making aggregate expenditures of $3,500,000 over a three year period.
