TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing an option agreement letter dated September 30, 2014 between Fjordland Exploration Inc. (the "Company") and Commander Resources Ltd., whereby the Company has been granted an option to earn a 70% interest in the South Voisey's Bay nickel-cobalt project located in central Labrador. Total consideration consists of the issuance of 2,250,000 shares of the Company and $5,500,000 in exploration expenditures ($250,000 in the first year).
