Further to the bulletin dated October 8, 2014, TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing an Amending Agreement dated November 28, 2014, which amends the terms of the Option Letter Agreement dated September 30, 2014 between the Fjordland Exploration Inc. (the ?Company?) and Commander Resources Ltd., whereby the Company had been granted an option to earn a 70% interest in the South Voisey?s Bay nickel-cobalt project located in central Labrador.
Under the terms of the Amending Agreement the cash payment of $250,000 due in the first year will be increased to $350,000 and the option granted has been increased to a total interest of 75% in the South Voisey?s Bay project.
