Purchase Price: $0.10 per share
Warrants: 2,752,500 share purchase warrants to purchase 2,752,500 shares
Warrant Exercise Price: $0.20 for a two year period. If the trading price is at $0.40 or higher for 20 consecutive trading days at any time after four months and one day after closing the Company may, upon giving notice to the warrantholder, shorten the expiry date of the warrants to 10 days from the date of notice.
