TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a Non-Brokered Private Placement announced August 27, 2015 and October 1, 2015:

Purchase Price: $0.10 per share
Warrants: 750,000 share purchase warrants to purchase 750,000 shares
Warrant Exercise Price: $0.20 for a two year period. If the closing price of the Company's shares is $0.40 or greater for a period of 20 consecutive trading days, then the Company may, upon giving notice to the warrantholder, shorten the expiry date of the warrants to 10 days from the date of notice.
