TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the Company's proposal to issue 4,200,000 bonus warrants in consideration of two loans dated July 8, 2015 totaling $210,000. Each loan has a term of 1 year with interest payable at 13% per annum compounded and paid quarterly. Each bonus warrant is exercisable into one common share at $0.05 for one year from the loan date.
