TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the Company's proposal to issue up to 4,500,000 bonus warrants in consideration of an increase in a loan facility by $750,000. The warrants are exercisable at $0.10 per share for a four year period. The warrants will be issuable at the time funds are drawn down.
