Further to the bulletin dated July 15, 2011 with respect to the first tranche of a Non-Brokered Private Placement in the amount of 4,739,923 units at a price of $0.13 per unit, TSX Venture Exchange has been advised of the following:
1. El Toro Trading Ltd. (Salim Jiwa), Rick Clark, Prospect Financial Inc. (Ranjiv Sandhu) and 392752 BC Ltd. (David Langtry) were INCORRECTLY identified as ProGroup subscribers.
2. The finder's fee payable to Haywood Securities Inc. for the first tranche should have been $17,875.00 and 135,500 Share Purchase Warrants that are exercisable into common shares at $0.13 per share for a one year period, NOT $112,065.00 and 862,038 Share Purchase Warrants.
